    Wow…the papers and embellishments were very cool. But the guy was incredibly annoying. He's had way too much caffeine for this lifetime.

    We love Lindsay and his personality. At this CHA we decided that when
    showing product (as opposed to a demo) it would almost always be just me
    talking about the items. But for Cosmo Cricket, we knew we wanted to have
    him do it with me b/c he is so fun. As a company we are totally about having
    fun and being yourself.

    That said, I think negative comments about content is valuable, whereas
    negative comments about a person's personal qualities and personality is
    inappropriate and not helpful at all.
