  • Awesome!!!!  Thanks so much for this fantastic video/interview about the product I’m the most intrigued by.  :)  And thanks for asking about the price!

  • Iceteeeeee

Yowza! Those are amazing! So different from anything else on the market! Yep, I need them all!

  • Loydene Brock

Thank you for this GREAT interview!  I loved seeing this.  I was interested in what the Distress Markers would do when Tim mentioned them on his blog.

  • Doneal16

These are fabulous !  I can hardly wait to get my hands on some !

  • Great video!  It is neat to see them in action :)

  • crap, seriously everything that Tim does is super cool. dangerous… :P

  • It’s true!!

  • Beautiful markers, but what’s the difference between them and my towbows? I love Frayed Burlap, it’s my most used ink pad!

  • Wooo, they’re shipping in two weeks! Been so curious about these, thanks for an awesome demo clip, you guys! Great job! This is the product I’ll be spending my budget on this year ;)

  • Anonymous

Great video!  I was wondering how these were different from anyone else’s markers, so I really appreciate the great explanation.

  • Have you tried doing with your Tombows what Tim did in his demo with the water? The way it blends and stays vibrant after all that layering is stunning. I’ve never seen anything like it. But I’ve never tried Tombows, so difference is in whether you can do the same thing and get the same effect.

I don’t think there are any markers who can do he did in the demo.

  • Jana_NJ

I think it’s funny he says $3 each as this is very very cheap

  • Leslie

    Can’t wait for these!!!!!

  • Marissa McConnell

Anyone know if the ends come off the marks so they can be refillable with reinkers?

  • Marissa McConnell

From what I’ve seen, they are $3.50 each or, if you buy them all at once, they break down to about $3.10 each :)

  • Lucie Hale

I just spent an awful lot of money on Copic Markers at the last CK Convention, and they are great, but not able to do what these TH markers can do!  I like these better, but can’t see spending over a hundred dollars on a whole new set of markers.  I will have to buy them a little at a time.  But buy them, I will.

  • Having the same thoughts, Lucie! I recently bought a bunch, too!

  • These are more comparable to high end markers. I think they’re much less than Copics. As someone who has Copics, I was actually thinking the $3.50 was cheap. So it just depends on how the type of markers you typically buy.

  • Iris

so freakin awesome! so glad I didn’t jump on the copics bandwagon. I’m not into coloring in my stamped designs, but what these babies can do are right up my alley. and it looks like I need to get one of those blending tools for coloring the background like he did with the burlap color. I thought those blending tools were for the alcohol inks and I only have distress pads. this man is golden!

  • Didn’t think to ask that! If I get a chance to chat with him again I’ll try to remember to ask.

  • I love using the ink blending tool. It’s become a staple for me!

  • vintageplaid

Amaaazing!  i am new to stamping so plan to invest in the markers–they are fabulous!

  • Jersey Girl Anne

I know where I am spending my scrapbooking budget! Theses are so neat!  Now to find out where i can purchase them!

  • Sue

I am so  glad to see these pens!  The qualities of Distress ink in pens! I love pens and pencils and have not become a fan of ink pads of any kind so I am very excited! Can’t wait to get those in my hands!

  • Karennarelle

OMG! i am getting these for sure. I wonder when they will be in Australia

  • vintageplaid

Will these work with acrylic stamps also?

  • Carol

    These markers are so cool!

  • Gela

Run don’t walk when you go buy these markers! They will sell out for sure. Love these videos. It is good to see the Tim come in and show his products. It is his name and face on these products. Unlike some other person Martha somebody ;) that probably did even show up. Just saying.

  • Darn, I wish I had thought to ask this! One of us will have to buy them, try it, and then let the rest of us know!

  • vintageplaid

I’ll be looking forward to what you find out!  Thanks for all the great videos.

  • Gab

Wow, wow, wow – those are so cool – thanks for the video Noell

  • cnjones

  • Laura

OMG those are the coolest markers ever!

  • I would definitely want the whole set at once! I wonder where in Canada they will be available and sooner rather than later!

  • Winnie

Thanks for the cool video. He is truly brillant.  I can’t wait to get my hands on these.

  • Judisox

The voices were there, no picture. Is it because I was using my IPad?

  • Louisebarker40

Great ideas, so easy to use wow

  • Possibly. Do you need to update your software on the iPad? Try it at home on a computer — it’s definitely working. :)

  • Dawn

    Oh WOW!

  • Saraross11

What an amazing product!!  I’m really anxious to get them.  Thanks, Tim!!

  • davebarbtop

The markers are amazing. The price is awesome.  This gets my vote for best new product.  I am uber excited

  • KuriousKat

Nice product to have but how can it be a great journaling pen if distress ink is reactive to water?  Usually journaling pens are designed to be permanent – just wondering?

  • florlarios

    I want them all!!!!!

  • If you’re going to journal with them you wouldn’t spray water on — at least not once you added your journaling.

  • Allie.DuckieNZ

Normally I am a brights girl so I have never really gotten on the Tim bandwagon but now… I just wish that he had the brighter colours. Dyan’s stuff is really inspiring me. If only they could join forces for a bit…
