We all gathered around them and decorated them and I was the one to place the angel on top. It's memories like these that make holidays so great. What exact error message are you getting?

I'm wondering if:
* You have the most recent version of Quicktime. If not, please visit http://www.apple.com/quicktime to download it.
* You're using the correct username and password.

I'm really mostly curious to find out what steps you're taking and where it's not working.

The good news is that it's working in iTunes and in the Members Area.
